suicidal

I've been suicidal for nearly two weeks now, was an inpatient but against the CPN and ward nurse's advice the Doc discharged me...now they have no beds anywhere locally.

I want to take off right now. I want to leave the family home, get a bus or train somewhere obsolete and hide and take an overdose.

The voices are telling me not to take my evening meds...not that they help much anyway.

I don't know what to do, but I do know what I want to do, if that makes sense???

Can you contact the crisis team?

I would contact the CPN or crisis team, or go to a&e and ask to speak to the duty team there.

Please, don't listen to the voices and don't hide away anywhere - It won't help in any way to do that, and I think a part of you knows that.
