Has anyone ever been under complex needs?
What was your experience?
Ive been once and lasted 23 minutes let alone a year!
Second time I was refused treatment. So didnt get started.
Now my CPN wants me to try it again.

I haven't I only know of the service in Cambridge that they hoped would take me. I have heard good things about it as an OP team but I am assuming you are talking about a TC?
I think from knowing of people who had been in TC's if you commit to the programme it can do a lot to help and help you feel more stable and in control. I would think carefully about if now is right and you could commit or at least give it a good shot, but if your CPN [who knows your case better than anyone here] thinks its an option, I seriously wish you the best with considering a service like this.

I agree with MissA.
I've been in a TC before and am also in one at the moment (day patient). It's... very challenging, but they have good success rates. One of the things some of the members say is "You get out of it, what you put into it".
