I don't know anything about the C H T housing, sorry I cant help more, maybe google it? http://www.cht.org.uk/aboutus_howwework.php

If you don't want the support, there are other arrangements that can be made where there is supported accommodation without therapy. Supported accommodation is a broad term and there is all sorts of levels of input within each 'supported accommodation' complex.

It sounds like it would be a good idea to have a step down before being completely self reliant however there is also floating support where you have your own place [council, rented, whatever] and a community housing support team come out to help you within your own home.
