does anyone knows how to live with latent inhibition???? i feel awful like i am stuck :-( and have no where to go and no one to talk to about this cause no one understands

in short words
people who suffer from low latent inhibition see every day things just like you do, like a lamp for instance. But where you just process the image of a lamp, i process everything. The stem, the bulb, the bolts, even the washers inside. my brain is more open to incoming stimuli in the surrounding environment. Other people’s brains shut out the same information in order to keep the sanity. If someone with a low IQ has low latent inhibition, it almost always results in metal illness. But, if someone has a high IQ, it almost always results in creative genius. i have a very high IQ but it sucks

Hey Annie, I replied on your intro post as well after searching low latent inhibition on this site, all four of the LLI related posts are a few years old, if you still use this site I would love to talk about it though, I have LLI myself
