not sure i'm posting this in the right place so bare with me

i've got mild depression and since starting on medication (after being diagnosed) i seem to have become more forgetful and very unorganised

is this just a me thing or has it happened to other people too?

yeah i think i noticed this once when starting a new medication, check the leaflet that comes with the meds for side effects and/or mention it to your doctor next time.

Antidepressants can cause cognitive problems, yeah. I've been taking 40mg of Celexa for a couple months now, and I've noticed the same problems: I'm more forgetful, less organized, my concentration is shot, and sometimes have difficulty communicating verbally or in writing. If it's been causing difficulty, bring it up in appointment. They may offer you an alternative. :)
