hello peoples,
i've been suffering from panic and depression for years now, but recently i've been having another symptom appearing from nowhere and it's really scaring me
i constantly feel like i'm being watched and catch myself looking round to see if someone is there but there's no one there.
i'm also seeing eyes again when i know they aren't there but they are there to me at the time (if that makes sense)
i don't know what to do as my psychologist signed me off from her books last year when i really wasn't ready and although i have good support from my fiance and some of my family i just feel really fragile. :crying:
i know i've been panicing a lot lately and not feeling too well mentally- it's just this new symptom is worrying me a bit- could anyone shed some light and hopefully make me feel a bit better??

i've spoke to my doctor about being referred back to counselling, they said they were going to but i've been waiting ages now.
they put me on duloxetine and diazepam for the panic and depression.. but things just don't seem to be getting any better.

thankyou for replying i know at least i'm not alone now :)

I'm sorry to hear you are going through such a difficult time and are receiving little input from professionals. That must be very frustrating for you and your family. It's great to hear you do have support from your fiance and some members of your family but I know that isn't always enough.

I've no training so please don't take this for definite but I'm wondering if the feeling of being watched is to do with the panic and anxiety you are feeling? When I am feeling very anxious I often feel petrified that there is somebody watching me from the other side of the room and I turn around to look. If I am less anxious, I don't experience this so much. It is just a suggestion.

If you would like to chat, feel free to PM.

You aren't alone :) x
