went to see the councillor today and must admit she was very nice and very understanding, we talked for a while and she said I need pyschoanalytic pyschotherapy and cbt, only problem is there is a 12 month waiting list on the nhs. She was so apologetic and kept saying there was nothing she could do she even said she didnt know how i was supposed to get through 12 months, I dont even know how i'll get through the week let alone 12 months. DOnt know what to do now, feel very helpless and alone. I did what i was supposed to do and they cant help so what option does that leave me with?
