Hiya I hope Ive posted this is the right place.

Anyways I decided i need a counselllor and I wanted to see my old one but its not possible which really sucks.

I have tried looking for a new one and the only place that I can find is where I went before that didnt work out.

So I dunno if i should give it another I guess or wait till October when I see my psychiatrist who Ive never met before coz my old one left.

Do you mean seeing someone privately? Cos I can give you loads of links if this is the case. PM me and let me know what your looking for ie, price, expertise, location, a councelling centre or someone who works from home etc. xx

There is also the BACP and UKCP websites that have a search function to find individual therapists.

I found my private counsellor through the BACP website - there is a search function on it that you can go into quite a lot of detail.

If you live in a town it's also worth checking out your local mind or your local connexions as they may well be able to help you out
