Well, I have a mixture of paranoia/anxiety/anger. I've been told the anxiety and anger are basically the same problem, and sort of... 'cause' each other I guess.
Anyway. I screwed up last night because of it, I was doing the right thing, but I got annoyed, and then angry and so I did it the wrong way. So like, the right thing, but in the wrong way.
I want to make it ok. I want to promise I'll put extra work in (I have been trying hard, I'm starting CBT soon), but I also want to make sure that I 'can'.
Has anybody had experiences with these two? Seperate or together?
