I dont know really, it drained alot of my energy and i was in pain for the rest of the night but i didnt let that stop me being happy i'd done it. I still am fightend of fainting or catching germs or stupid irrational thoughts again... i mean it didnt help that someone coughed on me while i was out, and it make me just feel more vaunrable again and wanting to hide away where its safe and i needed all that lucosade because im still very weak, my legs are acking and i feel like C**p but, i did it :) I really did it :D

Congrats :)
Maybe make a weekly goal to get out of the house for half an hour or so?
I used to not leave the house except to go to the supermarket once a week with my mum. Now I've gone back to college, I go to London to go shopping, went to Sheffield in the summer, fine on public transport, learning to drive. It took me about a year to get to this point, with the help of my CPN. We started off just walking to the end of my road and back when she visited me once a week. And then I had to practice on my own. Then we walked further, then she drove me around in the car, then we went into a cafe. God that was scary! But every single week we did it and the fear faded.
