Have you checked your spam settings? My email account at first didn't allow RYL's automatic messages to come through, so maybe that's it.

Or we wait for more educated people to look at the thread :-D

nope.the messages dont go into spam.
and it always worked before.
this is gettin kinda nnoying now o0

im always on msn-thus meaning that everytime i get a PM here-it tells me in a pop up thing.so i checked msn,but its not that cus it wokrs for other emails and im not getting the email notification anywat.

if that makes sense o0

im logged into msn now-and got a pm.
no notification
and nowt in my inbox >.<

Have you got another email address you can change it to to test?

It would appear everyone else is getting them fine, so if RYL is sending them out okay I can only imagine the problem must be at your end,

but when i asked for the pword reminder it sent it to forgotten.memory yeah?.

basically ive had to change my email address to one that i dont wanna use for ryl :(

i want to recieve emails from RYL
but they arent coming through to forgotten.memory
but they are coming through to the new one im using [the one i dont want to use]
at the moment anyway

Oh. Are you sure you don't have your other email address set to something that blocks messages from people not in your contact list, completely? Are you using hotmail?

it always used to work and ryl is set as recognized and its in my contact list..
or harley and the supporters ar eanyway :S

Do this, if you haven't already.


In the upper-right corner of the Windows Live Hotmail home page, click Options, and then click More options.
Under Junk e-mail, click Safe and blocked senders.
Click Safe senders.
Enter moderators@recoveryourlife.com, and then click Add to List.Just see what happens.
