banned users?

Just a question-- do banned users ever show up in the online users section (at the bottom of the forums)?
I thought I saw something, but I was in the midst of refreshing and didn't get a good look at it.
It's not an important question, I guess I'm just curious.

banned users do show on the members onlne thing... once they are inactive/banned...within 15 mins thier name will disapear i think.

i think this only happens if the member has just been banned

Indeed, I have seen that before.

I doubt they'd be on for long though and as Jane said it's probably just as their ban has just started. [Alternatively, the ban could have expired]

but wehn they log in,all they get is 'you have been banned.if you have any questions contact the webmaster forum moderators chat lods'



It's likely this is what they were doing when you saw them online; they would be viewing a message telling them they can't go any further!
