Blank Chat screen

I have an error getting into chat in this way:

When I click the link for Chat at the top of the screen, and it takes me to the chat 'page' where the link to get into chat is, and I click that link...the chat window does indeed pop up. Now the problem is..it is completely blank. It will not even load the room list. It is simply blank.

Anyone have similar issues? Any ideas/suggestions?

FYI: it's not the cookies [so I don't need to clear it]; the link is unblocked on my internet options...and I have tried to sign out and sign back in and I can still access the forum. So that is not an issue either.

whew. Actually I had thought it was just me. might be something wrong with the chat server if more are having issues eh.

It's actually been down since last night. No one can get on and it's out of Harley and James's hands.... due to the server I'm afraid. Lets just hope chat is healed tomorrow eh!!! There is a thread about it in this forum anyway. Take care

Sounds to me like the chat company's servers are down yet again *sighs* - sorry everyone, this is completely outside our control, but hopefully they should get everything back up and running again soon.

Yeah got the same issue, last night i got disconnected for no reason, tried to log back on and got the "Chat group name error, connection failed!" error a few times, and now its just.. blank.

yes, I was getting that error as well then it went blank entirely. Server issues are inconvenient to say the least, but it will be dealt with. Just have to wait it out.
