ok so looking at my past nd future with no emotion, i have realised that it is logical to commit suicide as this is the only logical way to stop it all.
I have discussed this with a friend and she agrees that is logical but has begged me to find another way.
So what do I do know???
Not sure what I want back from this just majorly head screwed at the moment.

suicide isnt logical when you have people who care and love you
when you have the chance to change things.

its just all too much again. I can't stand it anymore, and theres nothing else that will make it all stop.
I know it doesnt seem logical but it really is.
I don't think it is logical. You have things to live for, although you may not see them right now. You have a future ahead of you, everyone does - don't give up on yours. You're worth more than that.

I'm sorry you're feeling so bad. I understand that suicide seems logical, I really do. But it isn't, and I think that when you're feeling this bad, you can't see that clearly, even though it seems like you're thinking straight.
What's making you feel so bad right now, what makes you think that things can't get better? I know it's hard but there will be a way through this.
Is there anything that would help? Anyone you can talk to? Are you getting any kind of help? Take care of yourself, and don't give up. Things can get better. I'm around if you need to talk or anything xx

*hugs* i've thought that before. but i was assuming things never got better. and they did. so don't give up. things can get better. are you sure you don't want to go back to getting whatever help you were getting? therapy and meds can really help with depression. hang in there.
