hi i've been here before but forgot my username coz it's been a while. i've done something pretty stupid & taken lots of pills along with quite a bit of alcohol. should i be worried coz i am starting to feel pretty ill. last time i felt like this i was in hospital for 3 days. help. please.

I don't think you should worry as that is non productive but I definitely think you should go to A&E if you haven't already and when you get back maybe type more about what drove you to do this?
