Cant get into Chat

Help I can not get into the chat rooms. I used to be able to get in through a link at the bottom of the forums list, butnow that it is gone i can not get in. I click chat and then the enter the chat button but it leads me nowhere. Does anyone know what maybe happening an dwhat I can do to get in. I can never find anybody in live chat and I am really having a hard time of it right now.

are your pop ups blocked?
have you changed any settings?

maybe try restarting your computer

When you say you click on the link and it takes you nowhere, what exact does that mean - does no window pop up, is it blank, is there an error? The code for the two links on that page on next to the stats is exactly the same so that is odd
