Your living is determined not so much by what life brings to you as by what you bring to life

The RecoverYourLife Forums

The forums cover a wide range of topics - not just self injury - and can be a little daunting at first. However, the different boards means that support for members can be more specific, and the people replying to your post can empathise better with whatever problems you may have.

Aside from the boards dealing with self harm, there is a board for general, day-to-day advice, eating disorders, abuse and bullying, and broader mental health issues. There is also the Veteran's Corner for older members, and a board for First Aid Advice.

Our forums help hundreds of members a day, and are here to help you feel less alone. We're all here to help you out!

But sometimes, reaching out and taking that step to ask for support can be hard, so we've put together some articles (below) on the best ways to get support, and how to get the most out of the forums.
