There have been some posts made recently that people wanted sticking and so rather than having loads of individual stickies clogging up the board it was decided that merging the threads into one sticky would be a lot easier and save on space so the 'common misconceptions thread' originally posted by the fabulous Vee, but now reposted by El Cielo, and the 'ED warning label' by the fabulous Kate are now here in one thread :)

Also, the Fats & Diet information thread, by the wonderful Kel?

I am currently:

if you binge, then try to compensate for that by burning calories, its bulimia. i think if wha tyou eat isnt a binge, and you try to burn calories (not necessarily just what you ate) then its more anorexic type behaviour, but im not sure though. No matter what the name is, it isnt healthy behaviour thats for sure
