I know how hard it is to deal with the temptation to purge, but remember it's a vicious circle. You body needs food, if you purge it, your body will react by craving food again. The more you purge, the more you will crave.
Try and keep eating small regular meals or snacks, and if you have the urge to purge, then try and keep yourself distracted as much as possible. Try and stay around people after food to limit your chances to purge. Use the F&D boards and spam them silly until the urge subsides.
Are you getting any help with this? I know it's something said a hell of alot, but help from a professional really can be a turning point. I've been cycling between anorexia and bulimia for 10 years, and never thought i'd recover, but with some help from my GP, psychologist and support from RYL, i really have started to get better.
