feels like yesterday when you were here, smiling and joking and acting funny as usual. youd just made it home.....made peace with your sister and your family. had a whole new life ahead of you,ready to be yourself.

and then you passed away in your sleep.you were at a party having fun and you felt tired, so you went out to your truck and fell asleep.you never woke up. 24......thats too young.

we still have that bond,born on the same day. ill miss you every birthday. i apologise for not thinking of you every day, i dont anymore. im sorry i dont grieve the way i did. but i know you wouldve wanted me to move on and not live in the past.

but i wont ever forget you sweetheart. and i will sing that lullaby to my children.
