i used to make myself sick after every meal, but when i see this lady a diettishion (speeling bad) she told me it does not work so no.
" my precious, precious child, I love you and I would never, never leave you during your times of trials and suffering. When you see only one set of footprints it was then that I carried you" you were carried out of are lifes into the next and when its my time to leave this life I know i will be carried into the next life with you.
I wish i had my world complete again.

In short; no. There are all sorts of myths of how many calories are absorbed during a binge/purge, and while there isn't any definitive percentage, it's pretty well acknowledged that you don't get all of the calories that you eat up, when purging.
As BlindSpot. said, it does ruin your insides/hands/mind; in fact, you just need to glance over this list to see some of the long term consequences [the link will expire in just over a week].
I heard that its because the more your body gets 'used to' throwing up after meals, the quicker it trys to digest whatever you have eaten. So after time you will start to gain from the binge/purge cycle.
Which could explain why you have lost weight, but I doubt that will continue, let alone the damage done to your body.
i cant really add anythin new to say about it but for me it didnt work most of the time because by the time i did purge, calories were already taken in, and its not worth it...it also damages so much inside you long term so its not worth it
