Mum's started hitting me again she hit me so hard its left a mark through my jeans and its bruised and dad heard it in the next room

By the way, this is not your fault..it was your mother's fault for what she did wrong and it is abuse from your mother..She shouldn't hitting you like that ever again!

Still in pain from it but i guess i deserve it as i was doing my own work and should of done cleaning first so yeah i'm useless sorry

Work is very important than the cleaning..Don't be sorry Jo, you don't deserve being in a pain but most importantly, is that you are loved that you are deserving it to be a good person :)..

Jo, You need to go the hospital because you would be in a shock from that physically shaken is getting worse..

I'm so sorry that your dad laughed at you is not nice at all and he shouldn't laughed at you like that when your mom abuse you..that's terrible!

Im sorry that you are in such a bad situation right now.
Is there a way you can talk to someone at school?
A friend? Counsellor at school?
Can you get out of the house now and get to hospital by bus or call a taxi?

I'm sorry that you are in this situation right now and that your mum is doing this to you.

Please remember, that you DON'T deserve this. Work is alot more important than cleaning.

It's not nice at all that your dad laughed at you? The fact he did this, i'm assuming he knows what your mum does to you?

Please don't be sorry - you have done NOTHING wrong at all. I think that telling your friend is a good idea. Is there anyone you can stay with for a while? Family? Friends?

I have noone i can stay with and no money as not been paid yet hence i've not paid my rent yet to them
I am useless i told mum she'd bruised me and she thought it was good and was smiling and she hit me there again
I'm sorry i'm sinking already and its like i am used to it just not been hit for a while so got out of dealing with that
And yeah dad knows he has abused me as well and they both done it in sexual ways to sorry

There is always help sweetie. There are people you could go to and tell and who would find somewhere safe for you. You dont have to put up with this abuse - you do not deserve it at all!

I agree with what Awakening said, the fact you've told us about this, and the fact that they have both sexually abused you is a big step and i'm very proud of you doing that.

You don't deserve this abuse at all, there are people that you can go to, are you sure that there are no friends or family you can go to, even if it's just for one or two nights to get out of the house?

None of my friends live in same town anymore only work colleagues and i cant tell them, family well only my nan and she'd take my mum's side so not worth it
I'll be fine working all week so am away from them most of the time

Jo, what about your aunts or uncles are there to help you and you really need to talk to someone about what they abuse you very badly..That's not nice of your nan took your mom's side..

You really need to go somewhere safe like a shelter or women's center and they will be able to help you with the things so you don't have to pay for anything so get a job and pay the rents that you can own it..

Take care Jo, I think the therapist will help you to get out of the house for what they did it to you and I'm sure she will helps you..
