Bio oil, aloe vera, vitamin E oil and special scar reducing moisturisers. These are all meant to help. I dunno which ones work best. Start with the cheapest i recommend and see what works.

Bio oil is one of the best products for the reduction of scars and the cost ranges from £6-£20 depending on the size of the bottle you buy it lasts for along time as you dont need alot of it just several drops at the most, taking a vitamin E supplement would also help also getting the right medical attention when you cut etc will also drastically reduce the severity of your scars, scars take many years to heal and fade depending on how bad they are so patients is needed there is no quick fix at all sadly.

Take care

For the scar reducing moisturizers (sp?), try Mederma. It's a bit expensive, running around $20 - $30, but it works.

I've never used them myself, and they can be quite expensive, but there are these silicone like patches that you can get from the chemist and they are supposed to work really really well.

Well it breaks my heart to see you this way,
The beauty in life, where's it gone?
And somebody told me you were doing okay,
Somehow I guess they were wrong.
