- a friend gave me a very very very lovely card. I needed to read it after today.
- I finally had an appointment with the ED service. I'm not sure how it will turn out but I least I got to see them face to face.
- Excellent day at work
1) I emailed an anonymous helpline which is a huge deal for me right now.
2) I took some difficult-to-hear yet important advice from some people who care about me, and it seems to have paid off (we shall see!)
Do not be dismayed by the brokenness of the world. All things can be mended. Not with time, as they say, but with intention. So go. Love intentionally, extravagantly, unconditionally. The broken world awaits in darkness for the light that is you.
^not even a tiny bit stupid, I know that will have been such s huge deal for you and I'm so glad you did it. Well done :)
And Mary, congrats on one year and one month free, that's brilliant!

1) Bought myself two new jumpers for work, because, weather!
2) Finally spoke to someone about some stuff after letting it fester for hours.
