It isn't getting better but worse.

I've had a long history of self harm. Consistant burning and pulling out hair while easily able to hide from friends and family. Things seem to be changing. Although, medications have increased progressively and getting worse. Large gashes across and abdomen as well as my thighs are causing it to be more apparent. Bloody clothing I can disguard yet I've been making deep stabs into myself which bleed for several days due to lack of sutures. Any advice? I can't even see anyone because my clothes will always be soaking in red spots.

On hundred+ valium a month as well as highest dosage possible of Zoloft. Should attempt a different SsRI? Different anti-anxiety meds (aren't helping either).

Well it sounds like something isn't working so maybe it's time for a chat with your doctor/health care team.

Hard to explain medical things. Seen same doc 8 years. Know issues but still no help. Gotten worse cajuse gashing.'not superficially' along with actal. stabbing. Would consider worse. Scared to tell MD about SH. Can't afford psychiatric help sadly. Been pretty much complete shut in over 8 years.
