today i fit my meal plan in despite work interrupting the day, and although i cried because i was so full- i finished and even ate my fruit at work so i didn't explode with fullness earlier in the day :)

I was crying to the nurses today about not being allowed to purge my lunch, BUT I did it, I didn't purge, I made it through & I'm really proud of myself :)

3 days ago i put my ED awareness bracelet back on (i took it of when i slipped up badly)
yesterdya and today i ate infront of people at the officee even though there was no one there i had to 'proove' i was alright to.
