Triggering (SI) - Worthless

I cant go a minute without a need to feel pain. i need to punish myself. Ive tried to stop in the past, but its so hard. I just need it....i almost wish i could go past self-harm though...into full-blown suicide..but im too spineless.

Right now, im stuck cutting....

i dont know how to reply to do your problem justice. because no one can feel exactly what your going throght. all i can promise is that through all the darkness you currently feel suicide is not the solution. if you are not currently seeking medical assistance go and see your GP and tell them how you feel. and if your really desprate contact the peaple listed in the ollowing location http://www.recoveryourlife.com/forum...963#post868963 or if in the uk try nhsdirect they have always been nice to me.

Hon, I'm so sorry that everything is going so bad right now. I'm sorry you have to go through all this, but know this, you aren't bad. You don't need to punish yourself. You shouldn't have to be worried about anyone hurting you more, you don't deserve that. I hope everything works out, and I hope you can get away from harming, and know that you can always PM me if you ever need someone to vent to, or some advice or just support... My PM box is always open...
