That's not good. I hardly get dreams and to have a nightmare is truly not something we'd ever want :/

You're not burdening any of us, Lucy! For me personally it's better that I help you rather than to sit and do nothing x you really shouldn't be afraid of asking help. Any age, sex, nationality, race, we all deserve the help when asked.

We are trying to help you with your problems that has been bothering you for so long, you shouldn't holding back for years and just try to explain to us so it might be helpful for you to start a little story but you don't have to take a long story just not too much into it.

Take care of yourself first & that's most important thing to do.

She said I have become very fragile and that I have to increase my sessions. She said it will be dangerous for me to try and do this on my own....

Scared. This is all becoming very real. I do mot understand why this happened to me.... what I did to deserve it....
I am angry and confused... I was ready to confront him alone yesterday until I was talked out of it.

My SH is bad because I am too afraid to talk to anyone.

I feel very overwhelmed... very confused.

Do you think talking to your counsellor makes things better now? I mean, if it helps at least a bit I think you're on the right track but please don't force yourself to attend if you don't want to.
If you were talked out of confronting him, then that's really good :)
