Positive recovery post - Three Things That have made you happy today :)

a) I went to the cinema and really enjoyed the film I saw.
b) My flatmates have just apologised for being arses.
c) My outfit matches and have my pretty floral wooly tights on.

1) Had a very constructive talk to a colleague about my problems at work and she agreed to come with me to talk to my boss.
2) The new book in a series I love has just come out.
3) I just planted some new veggies

My little dog running into my room this morning and licking my face.
Getting a completely unexpected hug from my mama.
Writing in my journal and making it look all pretty :)

a) I havebought and consumed onion ring crisps <3
b) The man in superdrug noticed I had a student card and didnt make me do the embarassing 'can I have discount' speech.
c) My hair looks really nice today.

Seeing my horse
No work tomorrow
Its been an okay shift at work.

1. Having the confidence to dance at a wedding reception
2. Dealing with social situations well and not freaking out
3. Wearing more feminine clothes and feeling good in them

1. I finally told my mom about my depression a couple days ago. I'm still happy about it today.
2. I cleaned the mildewy grossness out of the nicer of the two showers in the suite I live in, and so now I can actually use it and get CLEAN \(*A*)/
3. Got kiwi gummies and ate them ALL!

1. I went somewhere that I have never been before.

2. Having a real coffee.

3. Eating blueberries

1. Talked to my Mom and Sister on the phone :)
2. Made a nice dinner
3. Wrote in my journal - it's a habit I'm trying to get back into

1-My friends told me they loved me and didn't leave my side. We laughed and had a great time.
2-My puppy and I snuggled today, and she kept kissing me.
3-I saw my old teacher today. She smiled at me and asked if I was doing any better. I could truthfully say I was feeling a heck of a lot better.

My three things are:

1) Heather told me she loves me. =3
2) I had band after school.
3) I was told I might be able to get a place to live. =)

1.) Listening to my iPod at the bus stop
2.) Getting my seat moved in history were I am now sitting directly in front of the person that I like.
3.) Having some guy i rarely talk to walk up to me, look at me for a second and then say " I like your eyes, they're beautiful" Out of nowhere.

1. Got everything else I need for My Turtle!
2. Realised I get my Turtle on Saturday.
3. Got a cuddle for no reason.

1. Got some medical stuff sorted out, and now I am one step closer to getting a physical therapist, which means I am closer to eliminating my wrist problems!
2. Didn't have to go in for extra Programming help at seven and got to stay home eating cereal instead!
3. Beef Lo Mein for dinner! :D

1. Going somewhere that I haven't been to in ages.

2. Buying 2 Kimmi Dolls

3. Looking at photos of my girls (dogs)

- Got tickets to see Harry potter with my 22 year old sister next weekend
- Cheese on toast for breakfast

For yesterday.
a) I spent the whole day with my mam and her partner as they came to see me at uni and thus I felt safe the whole day.
b) We went out for dinner and it was *lovely*.
c) They bought me clothes :)
