Don't know where else to turn

I called 111 earlier because there is something wfong with my blood. Ghosts or contamination or something and I can't eat or drink because it makes it worse so ive had nothing
I called them because i need the blood out and new blood put in and doctor just called back aftwr 3 hours and said that thsy won't take my blood and put new blood in now i don't know what to do apart from gwt thw blood out of my body myself
I dont know wht else to do
I tried to get them to help but they wont

Even if you are right and you do need clean blood you can't do it yourself safely.

What has prompted this worry? Do you have any evidence?

But st least if i got rid of most of it then theyd have no choice but to put new blood in

Voices often lie, I know they seem trustworthy but they really aren't. Dreams are just the brain processing experience, they don't tell you the truth either. Can you say what the signs are?

When I have beliefs others don't agree with my therapist gets me to look at the evidence for and against them.

I dont think i need to becaise not a psych issue
I gave him my permission to call though and apparently someone is going to come out and see me

Well, you're obviously worried and distressed and that at least is MH related. Be honest with whoever comes out and hopefully they can do something that will be at least a bit useful. What are you going to do until they arrive?

A film i like has just come on tv so ill try and concentrate on that

I know how real these things feel. I have been there, I know how it all seems to make sense but your brain is playing tricks on you. Please be honest with the people who come to see you.
