There is always a way through. Not necessarily out of the troubles straight away, but a safe way through. You don't have to damage yourself. It sounds like your support network has let you down badly at a time when you need them the most. I'm sorry to hear that. You are trying your best to communicate how things are for you, and it seems that even then things aren't getting through.
You say that you are going back on mirtazapine. I assume that you have not been taking meds for a while? Did mirta. help you before? I know I am much more stable on it than on previous meds. It helps ease the rawness of things a little.
What do you feel might help you through things safely? What did you want your treatment team to say and do to help?
