Hi newbie here

Hi all I'm Mandy a 38 yr old woman living in Yorkshire. I suffer from health anxiety, depression possible PTSD. I have in the past month for the first time self harmed 3 times, I am shocked and not sure why ? And feel guilty and stupid afterwards. I look forward to talking too people on here who can support me and me them x
