hi i'm nora, i'm 14 years old.
i've been self harming for a while, but i want to stop and i am determined to. i've gone about a week without doing it, but in the past year or two it's been kind of on and off, i've gone up to four months without self harming, so i know i can do this! (:
i have an amazing loving family that will help me, i go to therapy regularly, i have friends who can relate and support me , and an amazing loving boyfriend who's giving me motivation to get better.
i'm not going to just stop self harming, i'm going to be happy.
i know i can do this.
