Losing people is always hard, it can leave us feeling pretty alone. Like the above suggested I am sure you still do have people around that care about you so it might help to focus on that. Hurting yourself is not the answer though, it will only make you feel worse in the end and I am sure the people that you have lost wouldn't want you to hurt yourself. Can you try and distract yourself until these difficult feelings pass? Take care
