I am currently:
Triggering (Sexual Abuse) - scared, i'm sorry

i'm scared
someone, please, hold me?
passed out this morning, pain from cramps, fell down the stairs
at least, I think it was from cramps, I'm getting lost again between now and 'then' - felt like he was hurting me again, ripping into me
flashbacks are getting so much worse, stress stress stress from moving to halls
there's no one here who knows, no one here I know, god, i'm sorry for wasting space, sorry i'm here, i'm so scared, please

I am currently:

Have you seen a doctor?
If it's really just cramps, that's serious. I've had bad cramps, but none that caused me to pass out. So, that would be something to get checks ASAP.
I would reccomend going anyway, just in case.
If it's just from a flashback to somethin terrible, have you ever talked to anyone about it?
I dont know what happened, I can only assume. But, you may want to talk to someone. I hate using medication as a way to fix things, but if it's something that is inhibiting your ability to live a normal life, then it might not be a bad idea.
I hope you feel better. Why dont you go lay down for a bit? Use an ice pack or something on your tummy. And relax.

You will find people where you moved too. =]

I am currently:

the pain is from cramps, they've not been this bad, not in ages
it's just me being stupid, can't deal with pain/blood coming from there
sound so stupid, period triggering flashbacks, i should be stronger than this
i have counselling tomorrow, will bring it up then, i'm just feeling so alone and scared
s'like being a kid again
sorry, i'm really out of it, i'm dosed up on strong pain meds & tired but don't want to sleep, the nightmares just come

i'm sorry, i'm wasting space again, you shouldn't have to listen to this sh*t

sweetie this isnt going to help but try and take some nice long breaths to calm yourself down. *hugs you* what you are going through right now sounds horrendous but remember everyone here is there for you always!! and never apologize to any of us for posting or wasting space as you called it. no one would ever see it like that. we all want to know what horrible stuff is going on so that we can help you through it and at least lsiten and understand. please pm me a anytime. i will be there for you. xx

I am currently:

Take a nice warm bubble bath! It usually helps me feel better... If you have a lap top or portable dvd player, bring a movie to watch. i love watching movies and taking a bath.
I would still reccomend seeing a doctor about those cramps though. It could be a sign of something serious. (I had a friend find out she had HPV and ended up with cancer in her mid 20's!)
So, it's def something you want to get checked.

i think i'm 6, can barely stay connected. my vision keeps flickering between my laptop in front of me and his bedroom, can smell it so clearly.

i don't deserve to be here, i hardly ever post anymore, hardly help, and yet i posted this ><

It'll be okay honey, you might b able to get some meds who can help your cramps and all that. Also, don't feel stupid about flashbacks and things, you can't help it. I'm sure your counselor can help if you ask and all. *snuggles tight*

GA,

Remember all the grounding techniques you've used before, the ones that got you this far.

Remember you are strong and have come this far, you're going through life changes with moving to uni, but they are good changes, and uni will be a wonderful experience, even if it's a bit daunting right now.

Remind youself where you are, who you are, how old you are, that you are in the present.

And, try a few of the following grounding things, if you think they might help.

Take a breath out, and then in, feel the tension flow out of you as you do.

Look to your right, and then to your left, what can you see, become aware of your surroudings.

What can you see, smell, hear, taste.

The point is to become present in the moment.

Find an object you can stare at comfortably for a while, and focus on it until you could describe it to an alien from another galaxy who had never seen one, in such detail that said alien could then replicate the object exactly.

Taste something very bitter, I find 85% cocoa chocolate works wonders, especially when it comes in small, individually wrapped bite sized pieces.

Have a piece of music, or song, that is "safe" to you, and sing it or play it in your head.

Hold something scrunchy in your hand, feel the texture in your fingers.

Be aware of your current physical surroundings, focus on those.

Throughout all of the above, remind yourself where you are, what the date is, the fact that you are an adult, and that you are safe.

I'm not sure how helpful any of these will be, but... maybe something will help.
