Perhaps you should speak to r doctor about this feeling.
In the meantime have you tried phonining somebody, a close friend or the samartains.

i had a appt with the gp for 9am 2day. couldnt make it. Lactulose OD. so iv to phone the doc @ midday..if i can. im uneblievably stressed feeling
