I told her it doesn't matter what I do to my skin - no one has to see it, so no one cares. She said "you have to see it" and she asked, does that upset me? I said sometimes the scars bother me, sometimes they don't. But it got me thinking, and I haven't gotten it out of my head.

Silence can be golden but gold can sometimes suffocate
Like that girl in that James Bond film, too late to respirate
Tragedy can be plain to see with lights and sirens
But sometimes it ain't quite so clear, Domestic Silence

Oh My!!! Your drawings are soo great! I know everyone said how they can relate to the feelings you express..and I'm going to say the same things! I do relate to everything..
You are an amazing artist and your artwork is very inspirational(I hope I used the right word?) :) I also like the way you portray yourself(and I guess you like green), it really made me think of how I never draw myself and how you seem so open to yourself(if that makes any sense:) ). I feel like there are things I can learn from you! :)
@Lucky_Lucy - I call her Little Green Girl. Mom always says 'green is your color,' and 'Olive Green doesn't look good on everybody.' True or not, it stuck. I wear green a lot. :P

Glad to see you are back and posting your awesome artwork, though I'm sorry things are hard.
I really like the new ones, the one "my body is my temple" is very amazing. (I totally related to that one!)
"I want to be magic. I want to touch the heart of the world and make it smile. I want to be a friend of elves and live in a tree. Or under a hill. I want to marry a moonbeam and hear the stars sing. I don’t want to pretend at magic anymore. I want to be magic."
Your artwork is truly amazing and unique, but it is something I think many of us can relate to, I can anyway. I wish I were this good, alas I have one drawing semi decent drawing that I can't display. Both of my parents are extraordinary artists yet I don't have that trait. Did you gain this talent through work or have you just natural talent? I hope you will continue to post. Thank you for sharing and I am sorry, I wish you the best,

@Jack : As always, I'm both honored and sorry that you can relate to my drawings. As far as 'talent' goes - all I can say is that I enjoy art and I have improved over the years as anyone does. Thank you for the comment. I really enjoy reading the messages folk leave me. :)

Your work is great and I hope you continue to use it as an expression but I hope more that it helps you and that your life will turn out to be amazing. Continue to update your post for yourself, though it is good for others as well I am sure.
