Hi everyone,
My name's Dan. I'm 29 year old guy and I am a mental mess. I'm excellent and horrible all at the same time. I'm very self-destructive, and i thought i was past it, it turns out i'm destructive of other people too. I'm part fake and part real, but the real seems to keep getting more and more lost. I spin BS and i don't even realize that i'm doing it or when i'm doing it. Excuse the star wars reference, but i've embraced my dark side, and i don't like it, i want to return to the light side, but i don't know how. I've forgotten how to feel. It's like i turn my emotions off and i don't know how to turn them back on any more. It's had massive repercussions in my personal life in that i inadvertently try to hurt and destroy people i love. I've become an ugly person. I want to fix myself and stop the destruction. I'm going to start seeing a therapist soon. Welcome to my mess.
