New and confused. Please help.

I am new to this site and am unsure of how it all works. If we are looking to talk with someone who may understand what we are going through or have some advice, do we just post like I am now? Or is there a chat or something?

The best way to get advice would be to post in one of the boards like general support and advice or serious discussion.
We used to have a chat function but don't anymore.
Don't be put out if it takes a while to get a response, the boards aren't as active as they once were.
I hope you find what you're looking for!
