Is it possible to 'fill in' missing flesh?

So I have a lot of grafts on my arm that are dents. Is there an option for getting some kind of implant or transplanted flesh to fill it in?

Or is that a bit sci-fi lol?

What did you Google? I mustn't have been using the right terms because I couldn't find anything!

I'm not seeing anything about filling it in. Can you link me to anything if you've got the time? No rush!!
