I mentioned a couple of months ago that I had a smear test letter. Now because I was SA I really can't go for one as I would find it too triggering.

Today I received a letter from my gp's surgery saying that if I want to opt out of letters regarding my smear test for the next 5 years I should fill in the enclosed form and return it to them. I think I will fill it in.

I thought it would be too triggering for me but I went and got through it and they found abnormal cells. I reccommend you go get checked out. IT's really quick and simple and isn't that triggering and you can take someone with you.
