I lost a lot of weight this week and then I had a binge! What's Wrong with me!!! It makes me so sad. I never had control of my food intake and now that I do, this! I just want to die. Or at least hide forever.

Try allowing yourself treats i.e one biscuit isn't going to make you put on weight. But it could stop you bingeing. If you say you have lost a lot of weight in just one week it sounds like you aren't eating. We are supposed to have 2000 calories for health. If you stick around this value you shouldn't gain weight and with your body getting the energy it needs your binge urges should go xx
