I caught my oldest cat washing my male. Never saw her washing him before. Usually it's my youngest washing my male.

My mum caught her doing it a few weeks ago but I didn't see it.
I always say to my youngest "has he got a mucky face" when I catch her washing him

I love talking to Alec the Cat. I always greet him with "Hello my boy" when I get home from being out. They're such great company when you live alone, aren't they?

I think geordie's breed is known for being chatty? Alec is pretty quiet, but purrs SO LOUDLY. It's lovely that you have conversations! Cool that you have a getting home greeting too. :D I don't think people who don't have pets quite understand, do they?!

Does anyone else say goodbye to their kitties when they leave their house or is it me?

Yeah, Siameses (is that a word?) are known for being talkative!
Ha, no they definitely don't understand. I often wonder what people would think if they heard me talking to him. I'm sure my neighbours must have heard me chatting to him in the garden. >.>
Hehe Person. I wouldn't worry! My neighbour has heard me talking to Alec. On more than one occasion, I've had to chase Alec around my neighbour's flat when he's opened the door at the same time as I open mine and Alec goes in for a sniff and an explore! Hehehe.
I hope you can have an animal one day, Beckie. <3

they are! Me neither. :) I'm glad that this thread is full of animal lovers! :)
I don't see any animals at work, thankfully! Actually sometimes a pat dog comes in, and I say hello to him, but there are not many worms etc in the hospital. :P

In my old house, next doors cat Agatha used to bolt into my house and then panic because his house was a mirror image of mine (cluster houses) and it freaked him out!
I'm fine! Totally fine. I don't know why it's coming out all loud and squeaky, 'cause really, I'm fine!
Aww! Poor Agatha! Bet it was kind of amusing though. :) Are there many cats in the street you live in? Alec tents to gravitate to underneath my neigbour's bed, which is awkward haha.
Talking of neighbours, my neighbour has made our communal corridor really, really pretty. He's put battery operated candles on the shelf, lights around the window, a pink curtain up and a Mr Santa above his door and a Mrs Santa above my door. :)
