Can I ask you guys a question? Don't worry if you don't feel up to answering, but if there was an informal self harm support group in your area, what sort of things would you want them to do, help with and stuff, what would you want from them?

Hmm. I'm not good at coping techniques. Me and the other girl who are organising it have both experienced self harm, i've been cutting for 4 and a half years and she's been cutting for 20 years so we understand what everyone is going through.

It's a fantastic list that has things on it that I had never seen before and it's broken down into what to do depending on what you're feeling at the time. If ya have trouble finding it, let me know.
