you're not a loser for slipping up. if you think that out of all the time in which you'd stopped, you've only slipped up once. not having a 'reason' doesn't mean you will continue, mistakes are just part of being human.

i'm sorry that i don't have anything better to say. just wanted to let you know you're not alone in doing it for 'no reason'.

Heya,

Slip-ups are part of recovering, and I don't know a single person who hasn't slipped up at least once while they were trying to stop. It honestly doesn't matter, you've just got to keep going! Don't let this stop you, yep? Take care of you.

On a long enough time line, the survival rate for everyone drops to zero.

Hey!
They are totally right! I was cut free for 3 years then suddenly one day life just got to much and i slipped up! Does that mean I'm a cutter again no its just means that I'm human and its in our DNA to make a mistake. Please stay strong I promise it gets better!! apart from that one day the urges have barely been a problem and you realise that there are other ways to cope! You are not a loser ok! Keep strong your in my thoughts!
