Ritziiiii :) I like the idea of the new day ideas. Everyday is a new day, and a chance to make things better :) And I'm so glad you've found a new tasty food that you like!

Hazel- Well done for attending all the appointments! And I think you should use the fasting blood test to have a really tasty meal just before the time on Sunday!

Sarah- Well done for agreeing to meet with the crisis team, that's really brave, and I'm so glad it went well!

*dances in thread* It's so wonderful to see so much inspiring heroics going on :)

No other sadness in the world would do

I really enjoyed ice skating last time I went, it sounds like you've had a great day, and well done on getting your food in. At least you've got a get together to look forward to, have a great time :)

Dont know if this is heroic but I struggle with doing things on my own. If I want to go somewhere special (ice hockey game or something along those lines) and got no one to go with I wont go.

But I went and bought ice hockey tickets for tonights game and going on my own still feel a bit weird about going on my own but hoping it'll sort itself out.

Come on Sheffield Steelers!

So I messaged the girl that bullied me in school saying how much it had effected me and how it still does 4 years later and she sent back a grovelling apology saying how sorry she was and how she was an idiot and didn't mean anything she said!

Also I had a lovely Prawn and chilli lingunie pasta for lunch and need to go to Block Buster in a while to get my Disney film for tonight to watch with James :D

Laura well done on getting your ice hockey tickets. Always seems just a fast paced game to me and there's blood and injuries and it's a bit gory for me!

Milke, well done you for being brave, have some sparkly stuff in return.

Laura, that is a really brave to confront a bully like that. Not sure I'd have the confidence. I am glad she apologied.

Today I ordered a healthy shop from ASDA with things to go in my new freezer so I can cook myself food rather than ignoring it/being naughty with it.

Yeah. Not sure if this is really hero worthy.

^^ You're the hero for being brave enough to talk to him about it instead of acting upon your urges, well done =)

Well done to everybody <3

I just wanted to creep in 'cause I think I've been pretty heroic recently. >_> I told my dad about my drinking and he's helping me get 'clean'. I told him about stuff that happened with a certain someone. And a couple of days ago I went and sat with him when I had urges to SI and gave him any 'tools' I had... Hm.

*sits quietly in a corner*

JodiE, that IS big!!! I know the joys of food and food shopping and all and having healthy food options for actual meals in your place is a big step forward <3

Alex, I am über impressed and I am sure talking to your husband will be helpful in the long run *offers cuddles*

Also: *awards hero stickers to Sarah and Laura* sounds like you have been pretty heroic, as well as has Mike *also gives stickers*

*showers everyone that is not mentioned in hero glitter*

so far my plan to cut back on purging isn't going too great. So I decided I will have at least to try and have one meal a day without purging it.

And also, I clearly need to drink more as I think I am stupidly dehydrated atm :S

Lana, I am so proud of you. No one can ask you to do more than try, and the fact that you are making an effort is heroics in and of itself. <3
