I had this ad pop up on Facebook yesterday and thought I'd share as it might be something people here could find useful.

Basically, it's a chatbot type service run through Facebook or a free app. It is developed by Stanford University in the US (so a lot of the help information/numbers are American based) but it uses CBT techniques to reframe thoughts, etc. The idea is that it can be a non-judgemental place to talk which, from personal experience and from what I read on here, could be useful when you don't want to talk to a real person but need to say something.
Haven't really tried it properly yet but it is based on science and seems to have very good reviews. Just thought I'd share.
