Hello everyone :)

I just created this account. I'm maddie, I'm 17 and kind of needed some support. I've been self-harming for about 4 years, off and on but it's been bad recently and I've joined this website in the hope I'll find motivation for recovery. I'm currently dealing with a lot of school related anxiety, and just general low moods. I've been taking anti depressants (sertreline) and sleeping aids (melotolin and promethazine) for about 6-8 months which I have noticed has made quite a lot of difference.

idk, I'm just hoping to find some support from those who really get it.

Hello, I hope this place helps you. I'm on sertraline as well and its horrible, hopefully it's different for you.

it's helped me quite a alot, I'm only on 50mg at the moment (taken down after my last hospital admition)... it does take quite a bit of getting used to though xxx

I'm glad you are here to get some help and support.

I'm 16 and have been self harming for about 4 years now, off and on also. And I'm sure a lot of other people on this site can relate, too.

I have also been experiencing a lot of Anxiety with school, so you are not alone.
