The scars reveal the hidden place deep down in you
Like a shadow from the past and nothing is true
A reflection from a dejected face, it comes to
Memories will last, I am crying for you,
I am crying
I'll, I'll give my own time
I'll give my whole life
I'll give my only light
Just to heal you
I, I'll give my own time
I'll give my whole life
I'll give my only light
Just to heal you
The things that we owe
Haven appears with deceitful light and angst follow soon
She's not welcome here no more, you have to walk on through
Bad dreams haunting the frozen nights, all I can do
Longing for a home, I am crying for you
Crying for you, I am crying for you
I, I'll give my own time
I'll give my whole life
I'll give my only light
Just to heal you
I, I'll give my own time
I'll give my whole life
I'll give my only light
The things that we owe
The things that we owe
The things that we owe
I, I'll give my own time
I'll give my whole life
I'll give my only light
Just to heal you
I, I'll give my own time
My whole life
My only light
The things that we owe
Close your eyes, so many days go by.
Easy to find what's wrong, harder to find what's right.

Reason: Forgot to add some great songs! :)
Well, I can think of quite a few songs about SI, but... if I try to think of slow songs, the list suddenly becomes much shorter...
What I can think of right now is:
Sinergy-Razorblade Salvation
Linkin Park-Braking the habit (I'm not sure if this one was mentioned before...)
Children of Bodom-Everytime I die (not excactly about SI, but I think it still kind of fits. Also not really slow (at least not what an average person would call slow))
Children of Bodom-Touch like angel of death (again, not really slow but has some great verses about SI'ing)
CoB-Towards dead end (see above)
For my pain-My wound is deeper than yours
For my pain-Tomorrow is closed gate (more about being suicidal than SI, but still catches the mood well.)
Sonata Arctica-Victoria's secret
Sonata Arctica-Replica (again, not really about SI but feels like it is)
Papa Roach-Last Resort (no slow, but I guess one of the most "popular" songs about SI)
If anyone's interessted, I can also post a list of German songs which have SI as a topic
I'd be interested :) That would be very kind of you because I don't know many german songs that have it as a topic!
soothe my mind with everything honest yeah give me my solace ♥
n this farewell
There’s no blood
There’s no alibi
‘Cause I’ve drawn regret
From the truth
Of a thousand lies
So let mercy come
And wash away
What I’ve done
I’ll face myself
To cross out what I’ve become
Erase myself
And let go of what I’ve done
Put to rest
What you thought of me
While I clean this slate
With the hands
Of uncertainty
So let mercy come
And wash away
What I’ve done
I’ll face myself
To cross out what I’ve become
Erase myself
And let go of what I’ve done
For what I’ve done
I start again
And whatever pain may come
Today this ends
I’m forgiving what I’ve done
I’ll face myself
To cross out what I’ve becom
eErase myself
And let go of what I’ve done
Hush, little baby, drink your spoiled milk
I'm crazy, need my prescription filled
Do you like my cookies? They're made just for you
A little bit of sugar, but lots of poison, too
There's a little piece of heaven,
Right here where you are.
The fact that you keep trying
Is what sets you apart. Heaven (Little by Little) - Theory of a Deadman
Swing life away by rise against has the lyrics "I'll show you mine if you show me yours first. Let's compare scars and I'll tell you whose is worse"
There's a little piece of heaven,
Right here where you are.
The fact that you keep trying
Is what sets you apart. Heaven (Little by Little) - Theory of a Deadman
She's upset,
Bad day,
Heads for the dresser drawer to drive the pain away,
Nothing good can come of this,
She opens it, there's nothing,
There is only leftover tears,
Mom and Dad have no right she screams,
Anger runs down both of her cheeks.
Then she closed her eyes,
Found relief in a knife,
with closed eyes she cries
All alone the way she feels,
Left alone to deal with,
All the pain drenched sorrowed relief,
Bite the lip just forget the bleeding.
And then she closed her eyes,
Found relief in a knife,
with closed eyes she cries
Then she closed her eyes,
Found relief in a knife,
with cloed eyes she cries.
And he leans down to comfort her,
She is weeping as he,
Wraps his arms around,
And around and around and;
The deeper you cut,
The deeper I hurt,
The deeper you cut,
It only gets worse.
The deeper you cut,
The deeper I hurt,
The deeper you cut,
It only gets worse.
Gets worse.
but she's slowly opening
but she's slowly opening,
New eyes
And then she opened her eyes,
Found relief in his life,
And put down her knives.
Then she opened her life,
Found relief through his eyes,
And put down,
She put down her knives.
"A vain Attempt - I can't escape
You screaming back, you know that I obey, just tonight, I have so much pain, YOU! I caused myself harm, for you right now
Those razors hurt, I cant feel fine my love here tonight, tonight
Bye bye to this, I cant feel fine my love here tonight, tonight"
"can't shout, can't scream, hurt myself to get pain out"
and Roses in the Hospital by Manic Street Preachers contains the line(s):
"try to pull my fingernails out"
"stub cigarettes out on my arm"
they also have a song called "Spectators of Suicide" though that's not literally about suicide/SH as such, the album that song is on (Generation Terrorists) also contains several other references to Suicide, though some are metaphors rather than literal. they also have a song called "William's last words" which is a suicide note basically, also incredibly disquieting to listen to if you know who wrote it and the bands history.
there are probably more as well tbh, but these are what I remember off-hand.

Reason: added to post...
Scars - Elegeion
Every song by the band Shining (Most of their songs are in Swedish, but if you like depressive metal this is for you. There should be translations to all their lyrics online).
I haven't really looked at the other suggestions so sorry if there's repeats! :s but here's a few from my playlist;
Bleeding Out -Imagine Dragons
My Skin - Natalie Merchant
Breathe me - Sia
When she cries - Britt Nicole
Iris - Sleeping with sirens/googoo dolls (or whoever the original band to do it was!)
Setting yourself up for sarcasm - Get scared (it has referance to self harm, though it isn't completely about it.)
To write love on her arms - hawthoonre heights
To write love on her arms - Helio
Cut - Plumb
One scar at a time - Ciara (only on YouTube!)
Take one breath - The spill canvas
Breaking the habit - Linkin Park
Breathe - He is We (isn't so much about self harm, but is utterly beautiful!)
You may lose the battle, but keep fighting the war.
"I'm scaring myself, I don't know the girl in the mirror now"
"How can you know? How can you stay in control when all that you know is falling apart?"
"Time's racing please slow down, i gotta find my way out, I'm hopless but hoping.."
RIP Lewis Thelwall - 26/11/12
ILOVEYOU- remember that c:
Fingertips- Tapping the Vein. Explains it really well
So she lights up a candle for hope to be found
Captive and blind by the darkness around
Each wave a promise, a new hope reborn
Sunrise consoles at the break of dawn
