Thanks have now got an appointment with the gp next Wed in the afternoon and the psychiatrist s secretary has been emailed too so when she's back at work she will try to book me an appointment apparently its about four weeks wait for that surprisingly I thought it would be longer to wait for psychiatrist

That's really good, I'm glad you managed to get an appointment sorted and hopefully will get an appointment with the psychiatrist too. How are you feeling about the appointment? Do you know what you want to say?

Not too sure how to feel about the apt. There's a lot to mention like the voices nd how long they've been about how my moodswings are worse I'm mostly down but sometimes hyper. My sleep is still f*ck*d which isn't ideal then there's the cpn that left and my reaction to that..... Maybe I should have booked a double appointment

Maybe you could list things in the order you think is most important, then if you don't get round to everything you could always book another appointment and maybe a double one that time. Does your GP know much about you already?

Yeah she's been my gp for two years at least now so she knows me quite well good ideas with priority list and booking a second appointment mayb the second one cud be a double and I can arrange that when I come back from visiting my grandparents

Aww thanks one step closer. Have been a bit nervous about it but have a friend coming with me tomorrow now so that's good just worried we won't get it all covered in time as it's only a double appointment cud almost do with a triple one at this point!!! Shud b fine tho. Thanks will update tomorrow night

Dr's went well got a lot out n it was good to see her have to go back on my meds again but that's OK coz she said we can look into reducing one of them in the future. And after I've visited my grandparents we may increase the dose or tweak my meds but for now I've just gotta take them. Will try harder at changing my diet n exercising more it should be fine

Gp suggested pictures of healthy foods on the fridge and a list of healthy foods I also have my own crosstrainer so I can go on that for a certain amount of time per day every day

Been back from holiday for two and a bit weeks been mute for a while now nine days today feeling pretty sh*t today and I'm gonna be alone all day because of it. Feel frustrated with myself and frustrated in general. It's so isolating and I feel very alone. Can't even say hi to anyone. I want to hurt myself but that wud just make things worse coz then I'd b expected to talk at a and e or I'd have to write it all down. Wish I cud do a runner just run away from the world I've had enough of it all. Why does everything rely on speaking. I've got Dr's tomorrow and I don't even know what to write down for it I wish I could just cancel the appointment
